This position supports the delivery of Prime’s projects, programs, and releases, and is responsible for managing workforce requirements required to deliver quality services.ResponsibilitiesServe as mentor and manager of team; develop and coach staff to meet or exceed performance expectations and defined objectives
May manage multiple medium sized or one large program working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure superior customer and client experience
Manage and provide direction with prioritization of projects, capacity planning, staff allocation, and effort forecasting relating to current and future projects
Develop and manage department and staff goals, objectives, and project plans
Define, implement, and manage project and quality standards; define productivity targets, quality, and process adherence through metrics, measures, audits, and scorecards
Oversee escalated project issues and deadlines; lead delivery of solutions to meet client needs
Coordinate with business and IT owners to ensure projects and outputs align with end state goals/objectives and operational processes
Participate in annual and quarterly budgeting process to ensure prioritized projects are funded and resources are allocated properly
May manage multiple medium sized or one large program working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure superior customer and client experience

Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
6 years of work experience in project management or business analysis
1 year of leadership/supervisory/management experience
Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Additional QualificationsInterpersonal skills necessary to manage staff and build relationships across multiple departments
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex material to wide range of audiences in non-technical language
Ability to work as team player; comfortable with fast paced, changing environment and ambiguity
Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
Preferred QualificationsExperience with various project management methodologies
Project Management Professional (PMP) or advanced degree
PBM/healthcare/regulated market company experience
Experience interfacing with executive level of leadership
Knowledge and experience working with large systems integrators
Minimum Physical Job RequirementsAbility to travel up to 5% of the time
Required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear
Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch
Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
