45 MINUTE TELEPHONE DISCUSSION INVITATION
CARE-GIVERS FOR FAMILY MEMBERS WITH AN OPIOID ADDICTION
Research America is conducting a Telephone discussion with Care-givers of Family members that have an Opioid Addiction. We are conducting a survey to assess some new product ideas and would like to include your opinion. First, let me assure you that we are calling strictly for research purposes only and that a sales call will never result from your participation in this study. We are simply interested in hearing about your experiences and obtaining your opinions on a number of issues in the area of healthcare and medicines.
Your participation will take approximately 45 minutes. If you qualify and participate in the telephone dicussion, you will receive 150 dollars for your time and involvement. All of your answers will remain confidential.
