Project Manager CPSOverview Of Position The Project Manager is responsible for successfully managing multiple cross functional strategic projects including but not limited to system and platform migrations, new product implementations, business continuity, business price increases. The person needs to be able to independently manage, influence, and lead teams with minimal guidance/oversight and will proactively look for opportunities to help teams improve and ensure that teams are routinely successful in meeting their commitments. What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?Responsible for successful project management outcomes utilizing standard project management methodologies.

Project manage large, complex, and multi-functional software and infrastructure projects.

Communicate project status to all stakeholders reporting on risks, concerns and items for discussion during weekly project status update meeting.

Partner with the Sr. Director of Program Management and CPS Business Program Manager to understand and support CPS Payer and Provider Business objectives.

Capture performance data and produce and analyze sprint metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

Facilitate go live processes, ensuring all key process steps are executed

What are the requirements needed for this position?

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in project management

Experience managing healthcare technology projects/implementations

Experience with complex, large-scale projects preferred

Experience in customer relationship management

Bachelor's Degree preferred or relevant experience

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

Solid understanding of Project Management practices and tools

Experience with SharePoint, MS Office 365 products and MS Project

Experience managing cross functional teams

PMP Certification

Highly organized, achieving outcomes in deadline driven environment

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Experience developing product/team/process performance metrics

What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?

Remote office

Physical requirements include general office demands

How much should I expect to travel?

T ravel minimal, typically not more than 3-4 trips annually
