Client: - Tech Mahindra
  • Experience area: Infrastructure support
  • Onsite/offshore team management
  • Good understanding of ITIL
  • Hands on Experience in at least one of the area

    : Windows / Unix administration / Network Administration / Database Administration / Storage Admin
  • Minimum Team size handled in onsite/offshore : 20+
  • Ready to relocate to OKC is must
  • Experience with handling major incident, driving technical team for quick resolution.
  • Understanding of key operations: Monitoring operations, Infrastructure tools, patch management etc.
