ResponsibilitiesIdentify, establish and manage large and more complex national and key industry partner relationships

Direct and lead CRM and various main data management systems (i.e, Salesforce, Zooinfo) to document and record sales information

Establish service delivery processes resulting in customer acquisition

Develop trust with customers in the PPL brand to ensure long-term relations

Utilize internal and third-party systems as required

Anticipate, identify and present as necessary all problems requiring ELT attention

Identify and develop key strategic initiatives to grow and shape the self-directed homecare and homecare ecosystem

Establish sector partners through regular outreach to industry leaders

Manage PPL awareness of key industry business needs

Maintain knowledge of current PPL capabilities and assist in development of potential/emerging PPL capabilities

Create sales pitches and train team members as needed

Execute sales objectives

Arrange business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients

Attend networking/conference events as needed

Prepare sales contracts, following company rules and guidelines

Cultivate positive interactions and relationships with PPL staff, team leaders and managers, and executives to evaluate sales strategy and results

Manage business to business relationships

Research the market and industry trends creating a documentation/source for regulatory changes, RFPs for State and MCO bids and state specific analysis of opportunity

QualificationsGoal-oriented, organized team player

MLTSS/Home care Ecosystem industry knowledge and relationships with industry leaders.

Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories

Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Motivated to sell

Experienced at compiling and executing on business development pipeline

Experienced at preparing and presenting quarterly goals and forecasts for future projects

Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role

Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge

Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or related field

Minimum fifteen years of previous experience in sales, management, customer service, finance, administration, or related field

Demonstrated and proven sales results
