Who we are:

We have recently introduced an amazing product to an industry that hasn’t historically seen products supported with the retail expertise and brand development we are using to build our business.

As Oklahoma’s original Bong Water Company, Bong Water Beverage introduced its THC infused drinks in March. The word is spreading, and we’re now building a field sales organization to support our existing retail partners as well as actively source and bring on new retail dispensary partners to meet the demand for our Bong Water Product Line-up.

What you’ll be doing:

Work marketing and promotional events within our retail partner locations as well as off-site venues to

promote and educate the public and employees on the Bong Water Beverage product line.

Bring your dynamic personality to work every day as you introduce our products to consumers and retail sales

staff.

Understand and work within the guidelines set by our retail partner’s management team that dictate the

particulars for each in-store special events.

Establish and develop rapport with all store staff and members of the store management team.

Actively and enthusiastically present and introduce Bong Water Beverage products.

Transport, set up, and break down of required event materials necessary to support company branded events.

Timely completion of all required reporting and sales tracking.

Handle questions regarding Bong Water Beverage product line up.

Help support training efforts targeted at in-store sales staff, highlighting the key selling points of our various

products.

In this customer facing role you’ll often be the primary “first contact” consumers have had with our new

product line. Therefore, a neat and well-maintained appearance is important.

Provide an extraordinary customer experience to store staff and management with an eye to always build

strong relationships with our partner stores.

Motivated individuals that can work independently without direct and daily management oversight.

Experienced sales and brand advocates with a track record of exceeding personal sales quotas.

Individuals who take pride in their personal appearance and how that represents that business and products

they represent.

Staff that are flexible and can handle changing, diverse, and unforeseen situations.

Candidates that are driven by and comfortable, if not already familiar with a compensation plan with a sales

commission component.

Compensation:

This is an hourly plus commission compensated role. Commissions are based upon personal and store/event sales taking place during event hours.

$12/HR plus commission on each sale

This is a high turn/high volume product that is virtually selling itself today.
