What we do is provide union members, association members, and credit union members with the benefits that they have requested from us through their union leaders.
The Benefits Coordinator position is a full-time position and requires to have a laptop, cell phone, and a reliable mode of transportation. Job description would include calling individual Union, Association, or Credit Union members once they mail in their request for the delivery and explanation of their benefits package. Also educating clients on the programs that their group has provided for them along with always keeping a focus on customer service.
