Canon Holdings, an authorized retailer for Genexe is expanding to OKC and looking to on-board Community Outreach agents to grow our monthly event schedule in the OKC market.
Job Description
The Community Outreach Agent will be responsible for developing and managing a schedule for Medicare/Senior (65-85) events; providing end-to-end event management. Core responsibilities include: identifying and creating event opportunities; negotiating partnerships; coordinating; staffing and providing on-site support.
Additional Role Details:
- Develop a deep understanding of target audience (Seniors/65-85 years old)
- Qualify potential patients
- Administer (non-invasive) mouth swabs on qualified patients
- Oversee event execution to ensure adherence to brand, HIPAA compliance, company compliance requirements and guidelines
- Deliver weekly event proposals to management for approval
