Maintenance technician needed ASAP. Must have knowledge of basic construction, plumbing, some HVAC, general make ready and general maintenance of homes. must be extremely reliable and be where you say you are going to be, at any given time! This job consist of many different types of jobs and work orders to be completed over a specified time. Must have excellent general maintenance knowledge of all jobs large and small. Must have own vehicle and tools, (very important) all invoices will be turned in on Thursdays by noon, we pay every Friday.
