Our company is HOODZ and we've been cleaning vent hoods at NIGHT in restaurant kitchens for 24 years. We currently have 5 crews and our expanding to a 6th crew. We are hiring for crew member position which does NOT require experience, we train on the job.
The crew member position involves helping the crew leader get jobs done with big emphasis on wiping down vent hood (stainless steel) after the crew leader has pressure washed it and then mopping the floor.
We usually clean 2 restaurants/night (while they are closed) and work Sunday - Thursday night (approx 8p-5:30a).
this job is different because:
-no bosses or customer to deal with
-it is at night
-the job is fast paced (never watching the clock)
-we reward and promote top performing employees
-weekly performance bonuses are given on top of normal hourly wages
-we drive company van to each job so their is "windshield time"
-we provide all on the job training
REQUIREMENTS:
*must have drivers license
*pass background check (up to 7 years)
*must be able to pass drug test
*can't have outstanding warrants
*must be available 8p-8a
Entry level crew members should expect to earn $440-$550+/wk starting out with opportunity for advancement. Full benefits, 401k available after 90 days. Crew Leaders earn $600-$750+/wk.
This is a full-time position. We are ONLY looking for motivated applicants wanting LONG TERM employment with a company on the grow. Because we run 2 person crew, we NEED RELIABLE; consistent team members that can commit to arriving on time each night.
