Classic Tile Stone & Marble is hiring a full time position to include Warehouse and Pro Service Desk responsibilities.
Warehouse Responsibilities:
-Pulling/loading orders
-Shipping/receiving
-Forklift
-Customer service
-Ability to lift/load/handle product as needed
Pro Service Desk Responsibilities:
-Greet customers an process their needs in a timely manner
-Navigate quickbooks to lookup inventory, track orders, write sales orders, retrieve customer information, etc.
-Learn our products and their application
Requirements:
-Pleasant, helpful attitude with strong customer service skills
-Accuracy and attention to detail
-Sense of urgency
-Computer navigation skills
-Forklift experience
-Ability to function within a team
