Renewal by Andersen, a century-old brand, known for window and patio door replacement has immediate openings for a full time Special Event Coordinator. We are seeking energetic, driven, results-motivated individuals who will negotiate contracts for self-promoted events located in and around the OKC metropolitan area. Your goal will be to obtain an opportunity for prospective customers to learn more about our products and to set appointments for our design team to visit the customer in their home. The Event Coordinator would report to and work directly under the Oklahoma City Event Manager. He/she would be responsible for effectively strategic and creative vision, successful implementation of assigned events and post-event reporting.
Duties:
Delivery/Set Up/ Breaking Down and transporting promotional event equipment as required
Keeping warehouse organized and helping prepare event set ups
Support warehouse functions as needed
Manage and attend EVERY RSVP event booked as required for lead generation
Schedule in-home estimates
Attending mandatory meetings and training as necessary
Executes promotions and records event statistics
Effectively communicate during and after all events with Event Manager
Assists in training
Assists with staffing and scheduling
Provides event support for development of events and in-house promotions
Communicate and coordinate with team and events coordinators in regard to arrival, load-in, load-out and other event execution details
Dependability is a must!

Nights and weekends required
Other related functions assigned
o Finding, booking and negotiating contracts with venues for seminar presentations, including site visits
o Manage the RSVP phone number, customer RSVPs and room capacity
o Confirmation calls
o Scheduling sales appointments, tracking leads and meeting quotas
o Managing RSVP Event Budget
o Obtain BEOs and review guidelines for restaurant and event success
o Coordinate direct mail and manage quantity of shells
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required
Self-motivated and competitive spirit
Results-driven with keen attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Ability to effectively present information to customers in one-on-one, small, and large group settings
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong customer service and quality orientation
Clean driving record and must be at least 25 years old
Valid Drivers License (no CDL) Required and proof of general liability insurance
Must be able to work weekends and evenings
Ability to stand for up to 8-10 hours
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Willing to travel between the networks' markets if required
Knowledge in the home improvement industry strongly preferred
Experience in outdoor promotions, marketing and/or customer service preferred
Must be able to pass pre-employment background check
