The primary functions of this position are to support the general management of all rental properties to qualified individuals, handle tenant work orders, general clerical duties, etc

General abilities needed:

1. Computer programs skills at least three years

2. Ideal candidate will be an articulate and independent self starter

Minimum Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma

2. Three years administrative assistant, property managing & legal experience

3. Computer Efficiency at least 3 three years in WORD DOCS, EXCEL Spreadsheets, and other Programs
