Real Time Products is seeking a Assistant Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator to join our team! In this position, your responsibility is to coordinate purchases to maintain our stock inventory as well as customer custom merchandise.
Job Duties:
Enter purchase orders while maintaining accuracy for areas in pricing, quantity, item #s, etc.
Submit purchase orders and monitor order progress by communicating with vendors to meet strict shipping deadlines
Facilitate creation of artwork for new items
Organize and maintain all orders, confirmations, and related documentation
Contact customers for art requests, art approvals, and other various tasks
Assist other departments as needed
Requirements:
Attention to detail with the ability to complete multiple projects with a sense of urgency
Professional, friendly, enthusiastic approach to work and assigned duties
Reliable transportation and ability to travel as needed
At least 2 years of office/retail experience including data entry and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, including the ability to create new worksheets with formulas
Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Excellent organizational skills.
Work well under pressure, with ability to handle interruptions with ease.
Ability to work in a team environment and assist co-workers and management when asked.
Verifiable work references.
High School Diploma required
Bachelors Degree preferred
