Village Travel is Oklahoma's premier charter bus company and we are currently looking for a full time Charter Sales Asst. This position supports the sales and billing process for the Charter Division and requires high attention to detail with a strong orientation to customer service and relationship building. The job can be fast paced so you must be able to multi-task, have great computer skills, must be knowledgeable on navigating a Windows computer with basic skills in general data entry, working with programs such as Excel and Outlook and working with PDF's.
Duties Include:
Create and follow up on charter quotes to convert to sales contract(s).
Provide excellent customer service to new and existing customers by communicating in a professional manner while
building relationships.
Obtain detailed final itineraries from charter customers and complete timely updates/changes to charter info.
Send invoices and collect payments.
Provide admin support for all areas of the office as assigned.
Seek out new motorcoach business and advise the GM of market changes and new opportunities.
