Who we are:

We have recently introduced an amazing product to an industry that hasn’t historically seen products supported with the retail expertise and brand development we are using to build our business.

As Oklahoma’s original Bong Water Company, Bong Water Beverage introduced its THC infused drinks in March. The word is spreading, and we’re now building a field sales organization to support our existing retail partners as well as actively source and bring on new retail dispensary partners to meet the demand for our Bong Water Product Line-up.

What you’ll be doing:

Work within an assigned geography/territory to introduce Bong Water products by visiting dispensaries (retail

stores) not carrying our product and servicing those that already do.

Work with the dispensary’s primary contact responsible for inventory management and product selection

either on new lines or refill orders.

Provide an extraordinary customer experience to dispensary partner staff and management by taking a

proactive approach to inventory fulfillment, as well as proving quick response time to inquiries and dispensary

needs.

Approach your work with a mindset that focuses on developing business relationships with your locations that

will help them grow their business and increase Bong Water Beverage sales within your assigned territory.

Who we’re looking for:

Out-going, customer-centric minded sales “Hunters”.

Individuals who understand and have established new retail distribution and grown existing store sales.

Those with experience around new product introduction/launches.

If you’re confident speaking with all audiences of a retailer. (Sales, Mgmt, Owners)

People that are self-disciplined and can work independently to hold themselves accountable for performance to

deliver results.

Individuals that are comfortable working in a start-up environment that has an element of ambiguity and

change.

Field sales professionals that understand the road warrior approach successfully developing an assigned

territory. (This is not a 9-5 role, retail/week-end hours matter)

People that are comfortable, if not already familiar with working on a commission based compensation plan

with uncapped earning potential based sales.

Compensation:

These are commission based positions. You are compensated on initial sales as well as all orders placed after that initial sale. Hunting for new distribution (retailers) is key, however over time the retail base you build will be a significant portion of your income, therefore account (retailer) management of these legacy locations is critical to significant income tomorrow.

Year one forecasted income - $40,000 - $60,000

We have reps that are currently on pace to reach a six-figure income this year that have been with us as little as 6 weeks. However, it is important to go into this role understanding that it may take time for you to get there. This is not a role that you will walk into a six-figure income overnight. But with our product and brand behind you, you’ll get there if you have what it takes and fit the details we’ve laid out previously. This is not a hard sale. The product is selling itself at this point. We are in a rapid expansion phase at this point to which you can benefit if you put in the time.
