Auto Glass District Manager
(Must Have Auto Glass Installation Experience)
National Auto Glass Company is seeking an experienced district manager. We are a fast growing company that is expanding are footprint throughout the US and are in need of a sales motivated district manager to join our team. Overview: To assist store managers in meeting financial objectives, positive performance, employee satisfaction, and customer satisfaction goals for the assigned districts.
Responsibilities:
Regular visits to store locations within assigned district for training, auditing, and sales coaching
Oversee the financial, employee satisfaction, and customer service performance of the district
Assist managers in the training of office personnel utilizing operating practices and procedures
Oversee appropriate staffing of store locations, including recruiting and hiring
Work with marketing dept. to assure effective advertising is in place for each market
Facilitate monthly meetings with store managers to discuss market related and organizational issues.
Qualifications:
Management experience (3-5 yrs minimum)
Sales driven with retail sales background
Team player with positive energy
The ability to motivate individuals with varying personalities
Time Management with Organizational skills
Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
Previous team facilitation and participation
Ability to use a variety of PC software and hardware
Ability to understand and interpret basic financial concepts, profit and loss statements, expense reporting and payroll management
Must be able to travel including overnight stays within the districts assigned
Previous leadership experience in the auto dealership, auto repair or glass replacement industries
Pass drug screen
Valid Driver's License
High School Diploma (or GED required)
