We need an energetic salesperson with heavy marketing experience. Must be able to generate activity for sales of used refurbished manufactured homes. We have heavy traffic when marketing is done. Must be able to put out signs, banners, market dealers and show homes. Must be willing to work weekends when needed and do whatever it takes to get our homes sold. This position is salary plus commissions. Our homes are easy qualifying and sell very well. Income potential is unlimited. Must be willing to do all the paperwork and title work that comes with the sale of the home as well as help with a few other office duties when needed.
