Maintenance Technician needed at Manufactured Home Community. Need to have your own tools. Person needs to be skilled in plumbing, electrical, Construction etc. Driver's license is required. Person will report to office daily for work-orders and complete them on property. May be asked to pick up items at local Hardware or specialty stores. Help with weekly maintenance items on property.
