I have an apartment complex in Edmond that is a client of mine and needs a skilled Maintenance man. This person needs to have a working knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, Sheetrock work, patch work and painting. My client requires a clean background, your own reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a Drug screen. We will run a National background check and give a 12-Panel drug screen that must successfully be passed to even be considered. If you can successfully meet ALL, the requirements above please respond, and we will be in touch. Looking to fill this position quickly and the pay will be $17.33 an hour.
