Job Summary Qualifications:6+ months' Education and/or Work experience with technical support/helpdesk dutiesMUST have troubleshooting experience with computers or laptopsDisqualifer: only having mobile device or internet/cable tech support experienceHigh School Diploma/GED Job Description:Assisting individuals over the phone with technical issues, mainly related to password resets and entry level technical support.Customer Service experience will be useful for phone calls, but the biggest need is basic technical skills related to computers and laptops.
