Job ScopeYour MissionIn this highly visible role, you will help create the PMO for DiaSorin, Inc. You will be a true strategic partner to the business as you lead business, product and technology transformation initiatives. You will work with all levels and cross-functional work streams across the company to deliver results on DiaSorin's key initiatives, to improve critical business processes and to achieve strategic objectives with a sense of urgency.Main ResponsibilitiesYour ContributionsLead initiatives, programs, and projects focused on driving business outcomes by building the PMO at DiaSorin.Help drive change management across the company through 'game changing' initiatives and projects that push boundaries and create new ways in which we accomplish our targets.Utilize strong Program Management methodologies across cross-functional teams to deliver solutions critical to our success.Engage with key stakeholders to understand, track, and mitigate risks.Track and report achievements and challenges, and communicate progress on regularly defined intervals to internal management.Develop executive-level relationships with key members of the leadership team and influence key project stakeholders, local and international, to support their delivery of critical initiatives.Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverable's, and measure outcomes.
