Linwood Village Nursing Home seeks a Director of Nursing to lead an experienced team.
For over 20 years, Linwood Village Nursing Home has been committed to providing quality care to our residents in the Cushing, OK community and is recognized as a leader in Long Term Care and Skilled Nursing services.
At Linwood Village, we offer an continuum of Skilled Services, Long Term Care and Independent Living. Linwood Village has 67 dually licensed beds.

The Director of Nursing is responsible for evaluating and improving the quality of nursing care, supervising the nursing department, managing nursing resources and establishing standards, goals, objectives to assist residents with achieving or maintaining their highest practicable level of physical well being.
Essential job responsibilities include:
Ensures that site clinical policies and procedures meet state and federal requirements as well as all rules and regulations are adhered to.
Supervises nursing department personnel and ensures quality of nursing care provided by setting clear expectations and objectives. Provides feedback and support for professional development.
Promotes effective working relationships with the multi-disciplinary team, medical staff and agencies affiliated with the nursing home.
Responsible for tracking and monitoring all nursing quality assurance projects.
Reviews complaints and responds timely and appropriately in accordance to policy and procedures. Appropriately advances complaints and responses to Administrator
Director of Nursing
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Degree from an accredited school of nursing for Registered Nurse program
Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in good standing within the state Oklahoma
Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working with seniors
