Vista Proppants and Logistics is hiring for Control Room Operator in Enid, OK.
Job Summary:
The Control Room Operator is responsible for operating the truck loading system and other aspects of the operation.
Job Responsibilities:
⢠Operate truck loading system to support customer demand schedules ⢠Assist driver at Kiosk if needed ⢠Monitor panel display and gauges for product unloading and loading ⢠Monitor inventory system for indications of malfunction, adjust and or report as needed ⢠Complete and document activities that measure quality and productivity in an accurate and timely manner ⢠Document weights ⢠Complete daily tasks and assignments; meeting or exceeding the standards ⢠Maintain a clean and safe work environment ⢠Ensure good housekeeping practices are followed ⢠Work effectively within team environment
Experience/Skills/Requirements:
⢠Ability to complete training and master skills that are required by position ⢠Ability to understand and track safety, quality and productivity data, including run rates, fill weights, and averages ⢠Computer skills including but not limited to: ⢠Microsoft Office ⢠Outlook ⢠Ability to use basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division of whole numbers, fractions, percentages, and decimals ⢠Strong attention to detail, ⢠Good communicator, ability to read, write and speak English⢠Positive and professional team member ⢠Ability to meet physical requirements of position⢠Ability to work in adverse weather conditions (extreme heat, cold and rain).
