Customer Service Representative/Account Executive

compensation: Compensation based on experience. Healthcare insurance provided.

Established Company looking to add an experienced Customer Service Representative/Account Executive. We take pride in creating an excellent customer service experience from the moment a client places their trust in us. We need your help to assist our Account Executives with every day client concerns, processing policy changes, and reviewing their policy needs at their insurance renewal. The right candidate will help build a strong relationship with our clients and ensure that they call our company home for years to come!

Key Duties:

Answer phones.

Request, follow up and process necessary documents.

Assist Account Executives with client servicing.

Document management systems via email, attachments, documents and correspondence.

Possess the following attributes:

Proficient in Microsoft Office software.

Excellent communication skills.

Time management and prioritization skills.

Ability to work independently and also within a small team setting.
