We are looking for candidates that have excellent customer service experience, and the appetite to convert your ability into an inside sales position. You will be taking clients through a 5 step sales process while providing them insight into products.
Responsibilities:
Make quality "warm" outbound calls to interested customers on behalf on their clients
Offer cross-selling products as fit for customer need
Influence and persuade clients in a one call close transactional sales environment
Understand and advocate for multiple brands
Maintain attention to detail, self-discipline, and stamina to accurately track and record activities in SalesForce
Education Requirements:
High school diploma
Experience Requirements:
Customer service background
Strong computer skills
