BUSINESS SYSTEM SPECIALIST III (ENABLON ENVIRONMENTAL)Requisition #: 190000LSJ ob SummaryManages and provides user-based development and production support activities for business activities for Enablon Environmental Management Applications (EMA)Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Provide “super-user” support of business systems to business units including but not limited to:
Develop solutions for user requirements
Provide key user interface with IT staff for system maintenance issues
Provide system training to new users
Eliminate vendor costs where possible
Troubleshoot data integrity and inconsistencies
Develop advanced reports
Analyze business requirements for management information
Set up and maintain user security
Provide information and assistance to corporate environmental program managers as well as field environmental professionals related to systems setup and system results in the EMA module of Enablon. This included emission source setup and system results in the EMA module of scenario accuracy to ensure compliance with permit and regulatory requirements.
Serve as project leader for implementation of system enhancements and acquisitions, developing project implementation plans, creating and managing project team, and monitoring and reporting team progress.
Compile, calculate, analyze, and prepare information and reports related to plant operating statistics including but not limited to:
Air Emissions Inventory
GHG calculations
Gas volumes
Specific conditions of permits
Regulatory requirement compliance calculations
Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.

Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in IT management, accounting, finance, business administration, or other related field with specific job-related experience as follows:
Experience working in various environmental functions of energy related businesses.
Experience and/or training in use and function of mainframe and software applications such as:
Excel
Access
Enablon
EIMS Systems
Working knowledge of relational database design including table structures, indexes, and primary/foreign key fields.
Experience researching, composing, reconciling, and preparing reports, studies, recommendations, and correspondence applicable to position.
Working knowledge of standard accounting methods and procedures.
Application of math, algebra, and statistical and volumetric methods.
Working knowledge of database modeling and forecasting tools.
Experience reading and interpreting company correspondence, reports, production statistics, cost analyses, contracts, accounting statements, income statements, ledgers, manuals, computer printouts, and legal documents.
Experience interacting, advising, and communicating effectively.
Experience developing and presenting information to individuals and groups.
Demonstrated ability to read and write fluently in English.
Communicate and/or exchange written and verbal information and instructions; and conduct oral presentations.
Certification and Licensing
Applicable driver’s license.
Physical Requirements
Mobility to travel in and around office facilities system wide.
Visual Requirements
Sufficient to perform job duties.
