Microsoft Active Directory and related technologies and services such as ADFS, SSL Certificates, TCP/IP, DHCP, Domain Name Service (DNS)
Experience with PowerShell, VBScript or other scripting languages is preferred
Microsoft Office 365 and Azure experience
Strong Microsoft Windows Server 2008 and 2012 operating system installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
Basic Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange account administration skills.
Able to install Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems and applications like Office, Visio, Project, McAfee Virus Scan, ERP clients and engineering software.
Knowledgeable about cyber security issues and best practices.
Able to thoroughly document issue recognition and resolution including adding to standardized knowledge base articles and internal wikis.
Shows initiative in driving continuous improvement.
Experienced with data backup and restore principles, technology and methods including backup job and media management.
IT Help Desk ticketing system experience.
Virtual Machine creation, configuration, management and troubleshooting with Microsoft Hyper-V
Experience with disk imaging and deployment technologies
Able to respond to system issues outside of normal work hours.
Able to multi-task, think creatively and work proactively as part of a cross functional team both within and outside of the I.T. department.
