Andoliniâs on Cherry Street is now hiring for Bartenders
We are a small, family owned business that takes great care and pride in our reputation. We make high quality Pizza and traditional Italian dishes from scratch every day. Additionally - we serve a large selection of unique craft beers and cocktails. We strive to create a memorable dining experience for each of our customers.
Expectations:
Bar experience is preferable but not needed / great attitude and willingness to learn is
Must be able to show up for work on time for all scheduled shifts (If this is something you have to think about - this job is not for you)
Must have safe, reliable transportation
Must be willingly and enthusiastically driven to create and provide a very memorable dining experience for each of your customers
Must be able to work in a team environment where all aspects of the customer dining experience are supported by you and your fellow servers
Must be able to take direction well, learn quickly and remain organized
Must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment and be able to function with little direct supervision.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule (most schedules will be very consistent â but- there may be a need to be flexible from time to time)
