The Summit is looking for qualified individuals to serve in our Banquet dining room. We are looking for someone who is able to perform food and drink serving duties at dinners and special events, while interacting with members in a positive, friendly and efficient manner. Punctuality and dependability is imperative.
Additional duties include:
Setting up for events by putting out tablecloths and place settings, arranging table placement and setting up a buffet. Carrying plates of food on trays and serving guests. Keeping glasses filled; removing each round of plates and replenishing utensils. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of any banquet rooms, hallways, storage and service areas. Routinely inventory and care for banquet supplies such as linens, chairs, china, glassware, flatware and decorations. Maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness. Adhering to grooming and appearance standards. Must be at least 18 years old with a current ABLE and Food Handler's Certificate.
The Banquet Bartender will be responsible for delivery of food and beverage products to our members and their guests.
Responsible for prompt, efficient and courteous service of beverages. Provide excellent customer service to members and guests constantly. Monitor customers' needs on a continual basis ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled. Perform any scheduled, assigned, or delegated duties in order to maintain club cleanliness and assist in maintaining standards of health, safety, and sanitation. Participate as a team member with fellow employees in producing a smooth and efficiently run operation that meets the highest standards of customer service.
