Golf Course Seeks Grill & Banquet Manager
Battle Creek Golf Club, located in Broken Arrow, OK is excited to announce the available position of Grill & Banquet Manager. This individual will oversee the day to day Grill operation as well as assisting in the execution of banquet events at the Club. Looking for a hands on manager to lead by example. Greenway Golf, a small boutique National Golf Management Company that is expanding and offering growth opportunities, manages Battle Creek.

We are in the entertainment business where Greenway team members serve as Ambassadors of Fun.
You must be awesome at directing fun, friendly service.
Knowledge of basic food preparations such as burgers, sandwiches, etc.
Knowledge of basic sales, inventories, budgeting and cost control principles are preferred
Hours/days will vary based on demand and requires being available to work most weekends as this is when the club is the busiest.

Specific Responsibilities - include but are not limited to:
A Passion for promotion & ensuring fun experiences for all guests
Promotion of a friendly and rewarding culture for the clubs Ambassadors of Fun (staff)
Oversee weekly ordering for: food, beverage, beer, and supplies as needed
Prepare weekly Grill schedule for team members
Hire & train all new staff members
Helpful on ideas to increase food & beverage sales and creating fun grill atmosphere
Assist in room set-up for banquet events/parties
Assist in promotion and showing of banquet facility and booking events to potential customers
Compensation:
$15 - $16 per hour (Based on Experience)
100% of Tips
Banquet Commissions
Yearly Bonus Incentives
