Diamond Quality Care is looking to hire EXPERIENCED FULL-TIME HTS HOUSE MANAGERS with 1-2 years of HTS House Manager experience, current CPR/1st Aid and MAT Certification, required DDSD Training (including but not limited to Communications, Ethical & Legal, Documentation, Nuts & Bolts, HCC), team building and organizational skills, with great respect for others and deadlines. The qualified candidate manages a balance between providing extraordinary care for developmentally disabled individuals, managing staff, and all the detail work required daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly while being flexible and maintaining a positive attitude. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, have a clean OSBI, no history of industry neglect or abuse allegations, drug free, have a valid Oklahoma drivers license, have sufficient and reliable daycare arrangements, maintain an automobile in good working order and properly insured.
