We are a 60 year-old, multi-award winning HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing Company with locations in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Moore and Grand Lake. Recruiter Job Duties:
· Utilize multiple Applicant Tracking systems (JazzHR, Indeed, LinkedIn) to track, organize, and communicate with candidates
· Source candidates externally through cold-calls and cold-texts using in-house data
· Communicate with potential candidates through text message, phone calls, emails, and in-person
· Use job boards to post job ads for office & technical positions (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical)
· Schedule interviews for managers between 4 different locations (Tulsa, Edmond, Moore, & Grand Lake)
· Screen candidates over phone calls and determine if their skillset would fit with our company
· Be able to meet required goals for number of hires made for different positions
· Must be able to multitask effectively
· Travel to different locations to put new hires through the orientation process
Qualifications:
· High degree of professionalism and ability to work in a confidential environment
· At least 2 years of recruiting experience preferred
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· ADP Workforce Now experience a plus
· Strong time management skills
· Outgoing personality with no fear of rejection
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Driven attitude with a hunger for success
· Must be able to pass a drug test due to some travel; position is safety-sensitive
