Job Description:
Administrative Assistant We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, scheduling services, and being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
The ability to calmly diffuse high conflict situations and problem solve is a must! This individual is front line support to our clients and colleagues and provides the first impression as to the level of service to be expected.
This position is perfect for a 3rd or 4th year college student that needs a flexible schedule to accommodate their classes. Majors that would benefit from this setting are education, social services and psychology.
Company Description: Secure Families, Incorporated provides Court Ordered Visitation Services. Services range from Therapeutic visits conducted by licensed mental health professionals to monitored exchanges. Our primary function is to ensure children have safe and appropriate access to both parents despite the adult situations Oklahoma families encounter.
SFI has been a provider in the Tulsa community for 15 years and has recently moved to our newly remodeled location. We are experiencing tremendous growth and look forward to inviting new partners into our work family.

Establish work procedures or schedules and keep track of the daily work of clerical staff.
Supervise other clerical staff and provide training and orientation to new staff.
Train and assist staff with computer usage.
