Commercial Lines Account Manager | CSR
Insurance Agency Location: Broken Arrow, OK
Broken Arrow insurance agency is seeking a Commercial Lines Customer Service Rep. The position will be required to respond to help with overflow from the Commercial Lines Producer. You will need to be a self started who takes initiative when taking on new tasks.
Responsibilities:
Working knowledge of Property and Casualty accounts (Preferred)
Research and compile answers to client policy and coverage questions
Ability to market new business
Ability to communicate with clients and Underwriters efficiently
Identify, compile and manage information regarding account renewal
Qualifications:
2-5 or more years of Customer Service in an office setting
Property and Casualty license (Preferred)
Knowledge of computer software packages, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Verbal and written communication skills
