We are an eye doctor's office seeking a full time position for front desk with options for growing and learning other positions. This is a high communication position with lots of face to face time and phone time with patients. No prior experience is necessary; we are willing to train the right person.
We are looking for an energetic and outgoing personality to provide excellent service oriented care to our patients. Communication and computer skills are a must.
The position will spend most of their time working at the front desk greeting patients, answering the phone, managing the schedule. Great people skills are of utmost importance.
Must be:
-able to multitask
-well-spoken in person as well as on the phone
-comfortable with computers and telephones
-willing to educate patients
-willing to learn new concepts and methods for an ever-changing medical environment
Compensation will begin at 12 per hour. Bonuses and pay increases will be based on performance and speed of learning office protocol. Health insurance is available after 90 days of employment 401K after 1 year. Location is in Glenpool, 1 mile from Creek turnpike. Office attire is business casual.
