Part-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position open with a well-respected south Tulsa law firm. The position requires a professional, conservative appearance and demeanor, pleasant phone voice, proper grammar and a friendly and helpful attitude. Prior experience in a professional-services business office environment is required. Competencies required are experience answering and directing calls from a multi-line phone system, Word/Excel/Outlook/Office 365, and accurate typing/data entry skills. Work hours are negotiable but will include a Monday-Friday schedule with coverage of phone during the lunch hour - 25-30 hours/week are preferred. A clear criminal background check is required for employment. Salary will start at $13.00/hr. Immediate availability for starting is preferred.
