Receptionist
a&b Identity is a Tulsa-based, family-owned company that has been serving the signage and promotional products markets for the last 35 years. We are experiencing significant growth, recently moved to a much larger facility, and are in search of an experienced receptionist. Exceptional customer service skills are required, as is previous experience as a receptionist, restaurant host/hostess, or similar customer-focused role. The company places tremendous value in its brand and in treating its customers with the utmost respect, and it is important that our receptionist shares these values.
Minimum experience requirements:¨
Previous experience in role with face-to-face customer service interactions. This could include previous retail, restaurant, reception or similar roles
Exceptional interpersonal skills, both in person and on the phone
Tremendous work ethic and dedication to doing business the right way
Exceptional time management, prioritization and organizational skills
Attention to detail, analytical, with problem-solving skills
PC literate, with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Must be a relentless advocate for the companys brand
High level of interest in competing, growing the business and having a great time doing so¦
