Property Preservation Assistant: Will start out as Administrative Assistant, and slowly transition to helping the Property Preservation Department. Duties will include: following up with contractors, gaining estimates on repairs, submitting estimates/bids to investors for approval, filing insurance claims for damages. Will also assist with obtaining reports for insurance companies (police reports, fire reports, foreclosure documents). Will correspond with attorneys, adjusters, realtors, investors, and state/county/city officials. Starting pay $12/hr.
Foreclosure Insurance Claims: After Foreclosure is completed, there is a time period in which the mortgage company may request reimbursement for fees that were advanced during the foreclosure process. The Foreclosure Insurance Claims Associate will be requesting reimbursement for the fees that were advanced. Prefer someone who is proficient with using a 10 key office calculator with minimal errors. Must have strong Microsoft Word and Excel experience. Must have experience with checks and balances. Must have strong researching skills- will be responsible for gathering legal documents, contractor documents, and preparing information to meet investor requirements. Ability to pay close attention to detail, and organized. Starting pay $12/hr.
Must be able to work Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5PM. Long term career opportunities!
