Are you a concrete foreman looking to get paid what you're worth?
Company based out of Arkansas in search of a foreman to run concrete crew(s). Must be willing to travel. You will have the opportunity to put crews together and run them yourself. If you have workers to bring with you to these crews, you're already a step ahead. Opportunity for profit sharing is limitless. Must be willing to jump in and lead by example.
Qualifications:
Must have verifiable 15+ years experience in concrete industry.
Must have experience managing crews.
Must have exceptional ability to problem solve and a can-do attitude.
Must have experience concrete finishing (stamps, integrated color, etc.)
Must be driven and motivated
Must be legal to work in the US.
Prefer ACI certification but not required. Must be willing to obtain it if asked.
