Standard work days Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with rotating on call after hours and weekend calls.

This position requires the individual to troubleshoot HVAC components with built up systems and package units, which may include chillers, air handlers, cooling towers, boilers, refrigeration and controls. Repair, maintain and install commercial HVAC and related equipment as assigned. Must also assure day to day coordination of specific agreements or projects to ensure contractual commitments are met in a timely, cost effective manner.
Individual must have:
- Experience of commercial HVACR and hydronic systems.
- Commercial Journeymans license (unlimited preferred).
- Regular and punctual attendance.
- Good attitude, work ethic and self-motivated.
- Acceptable driving record.
