Job Qualifications -
1. Lawn experience - in all phases
2. Minimum 2 complete years, working through all seasons 2x's
3. Valid drivers license and able to pull and back up a trailer
4. Non Smoker with good hygiene skills, presentable daily, good shape to endure weather year round.
5. Be self motivated, able to work alone efficiently, dependable, responsible for the equipment you are using,
able to follow directions in great detail, flexible hours(weather is a big factor), able to complete daily records in great detail and neat.
These are upper class homes I have and you will be wearing my company uniform, driving my 2018 1ton Ram and representing me. Your attitude is major and your job is to make me look good for choosing you to do the job. You have to care about the job you are doing and try your very best to perform it as close to perfect as you possibly can. I have to be able to trust you, lying is not tolerable and instant termination. My customers have to feel good about the person on their property. I will train you in caring for my customer, you must already know how to trim trees and bushes, all phases of manicuring a lawn, plant annuals, bushes, trees, pots, etc. and know how to use the equipment to get the job done efficiently. I have other services that I provide for my customers, such as, concrete, masonry, welding and landscaping, which covers anything outdoors basically. You will also be expected to help in these areas when I need you to. Sundays are always off unless there's an emergency situation and my customer needs immediate assistance. We always take care of homes in Grand Lake and a Ranch in Pawhuska area. Starting pay is $15/hour, no overtime pay, if you don't work more than 40/wk without getting OT pay, don't apply, this is a contract labor job with future possibilities.
