TGI Enterprises, Inc. is looking to hire a full time Manual Printer to add to our screen-printing team. Previous print shop experience is required and manual printing skills must be demonstrated. Eligible candidates are hard-working, detail oriented, quick learners, and excellent team players who know how to have fun and hustle at the same time.
Duties of the Manual Printer include:
-Setting up and registering manual frames.
-Printing garments on a 4 arm M&R manual press.
-Color matching and mixing inks to the specifications of the work order.
-Printing pockets, neck labels, and any other designated manual print job.
-Cleaning squeegees, press tools and equipment.
-Assisting the Automatic Press Operators with setup and breakdown of screens, loading ink, and pulling shirts as requested.
-General cleaning or fill-in tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Physical job requirements - applicants must be able to:
-Stand and walk for 8 to 10 hours a day.
-Use pulling and twisting motions for loading and unloading shirts.
-Use reaching, grasping, and pushing motions with full use of hands, arms and fingers.
-Move quickly.
-Lift up to 40 pounds with both arms.
-Work in a warehouse environment, i.e. hot or cold conditions.
Our normal production hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with breaks. As we move into our busy season, being willing to work overtime and weekends as needed is preferred, and applicants must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license to apply. Applicants should be able to follow verbal directions and written instructions, be able to problem solve, and work well in a team environment.
