Needing to hire a over the road hotshot driver. We stay under 26.1k GVWR so CDL is not required. Experience is welcomed but not expected as 2 week training will happen anyways. You will shadow/ train with someone.
The following things are expected so if you do not meet them, please do not reach out. Must be from the Tulsa, OK surrounding area as we are located in Tulsa, this is where you will return to after your trip. Must have a clean driving record (Insurance premiums could be too high to where i can't keep you) Must be legal status or US citizen, and must speak fluent English. (We go on military bases, navy bases, etc.) Must be able to keep equipment clean. Must be able to get along with others as we rotate equipment, swap trucks, trailers regularly. (So one trip you might be in one truck, the next trip you might be in a different truck)
There are a few perks that are offered. I value holidays so I try my best to avoid sending anyone out OTR over the holidays. I do cover hotel stays 2 days usually in between the 2 weeks you are out over the road. You get paid every Friday and that's 25% of gross load value after factoring. 25% is the starting point but can scale up depending on how well operator performs throughout the year.
