Job Description

IAA, Inc.is seeking a Branch Supervisor for our facility in Tulsa, OK.

The Branch Supervisor drives overall performance and operations for assigned branch. This position is responsible supporting branch planned profitability, sales and customer service levels. The role interacts with all levels of staff and departments within IAA and is responsible for maintaining a safe and positive work environment by supervising and mentoring local staff.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, engaged and positive work environment
  • Ensuring compliance with operational standards
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with external customers/vendors including; Insurance Companies, Towing Vendors & Buyers
  • Design more efficient ways of processing work
  • Resolve branch-level employee issues
  • Actively enforce company policy, reporting or responding appropriately to all violations or reports of violations
  • Recommend or perform personnel actions such as salary increases, performance reviews, hiring and disciplinary action
  • Collaborate effectively with various internal departments including; HR, Corporate teams and the Sales/Remarketing group

Education Experience:

  • HS Graduate or Equivalent Years of Related Experience: 1-2 Years
  • License/Certificate Required: No
  • Driver's License Required: Yes
  • Travel Requirements: 25%
  • Age Requirement: 18+

  • Solid customer service skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Basic skills in using the Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Proficient in time management
  • Clear communication skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Professional and clean appearance
  • Ability to function well as part of a team Preferred Skills:
  • Supervisory experience
  • Experience or knowledge of insurance, automobile or parts industries and general mechanical knowledge
