Day to Day Responsibilities:
This resource will be working across several teams in a high-level capacity
Targeting someone with a program generalist background and prior SM experience
Regular program functions with cross capability initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
Program Manager (5-7 years of experience) including 1 year of SM experience
Program Manager with Scrum experience
Experience with ambiguity, worked in matrixed environments and navigation around that
Shown deep opportunities for driving accountability
Someone that has taken steps to be more of a generalist
Experience with Programs that are broad and wide in aperture and scope
Comfortable with ambiguity, worked in matrixed environments and navigation around that
