Team & Role
Primary Goals:
1) Deliver and support Transition Management on enterprise tech projects within data and data governance
2) Communication experience within enterprise level media (internal newsletters, email, website, publishing info, etc.)
3) Build scalable TM capabilities and community while partnering with Senior Leadership
Duties May Include:
Independently drive forward project-based TM work to fill gaps on enterprise technology initiatives as needed
Help with development of communication for every business leader to drive change management, identify data stewards, create the platform and start doing data governance
Rollout policies for new standards at a high level
Streamline communication to ensure that internally you find where dependencies lie for planning
Assist in identifying and document Transition Management processes, best practices and capabilities
Create trainings and build a resource library for Transition Management professionals
Facilitate communities of practice and cross-functional meetings across Global Technology
Build concise and visually clean presentations to communicate problem statements and proposed solutions
Work with stakeholders across matrix (business + tech) to align on Transition Management and Digital Transformation initiatives
Acquire and maintain a detailed knowledge of the company's policies, principles, and strategies, and keep up-to-date with relevant industry developments
Manage communications, approvals, and brand voice for the TCO
Manage stakeholder mapping and prepare communications to stakeholders and respond to stakeholder enquiries
Responsible for engagement with technology business operations teams
Familiarity with change portfolio management preferred (i.e. how to deliver change management effectively across a portfolio of projects/programs)
Familiarity with change management / transition management on both agile and waterfall programs preferred
Ability to influence others and gain consensus across broad sets of audiences
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
