Big Country RV has an immediate opening for a friendly and motivated full time accounts payable/receivables clerk to join our team.
This is a full time 8am - 5pm hourly position.
The primary responsibilities for this role includes but not limited to the following:
Input accounts payable invoices with accuracy into accounting system.
Ensure payments are processed in a timely manner.
Works with other departments for invoice approvals.
Enter all inventory invoices and verify pricing information in accounting system.
Review vendor statements and ensure all invoices are input to accounting system.
Answer questions from vendors relating to payments either verbally or in writing.
Receive money from account receivable customers.
Reconcile receipted money and prepare daily deposit.
Prepare weekly reports for management team on outstanding accounts receivables.
Operates various office equipment, files, copies and maintains documentation.
Support office with answering of main company phone line.
