*Proficient in QuickBooks 2013 or later. Proficient in MS office applications including Excel, Word.
*Friendly customer service.
*Multi-tasking and keeping up with a fast-paced environment.
*Neat, legible handwriting.
*Knowledge of Central Oregon area and roads a plus.
*Scheduling experience a plus.
*Good typing skills and 10 key experience.
*Tech savvy - printers, faxes, phone system.
*Outgoing, friendly and a good sense of humor.
*Self motivated starter, quick leaner.
*Able to keep calm in stressful situations.
*This is a Christian, Non-smoking office
*This is a full time position.
*Create and print invoices using QuickBooks.
*Quote over-the-phone and in person: Windshields and all auto glass.
*Schedule auto glass.
*Order auto glass and parts online and by phone.
*Submit insurance paperwork online and by fax.
