Seasonal Marketing Inc.- Mfg. of Fishing and Hunting Waders and Accessories is in need of a full time Office Manager to provide support for our company operations including Customer Service, Bookkeeping and General Administrative duties.
We are looking for a individual who enjoys working in a small office warehouse environment, can multi task, a great team player and is comfortable with problem solving and willing to help where needed, warehouse or office.
This position reports directly to the COO/CFO and works closely with the Sales Manager. We are a close knit group and looking for the right person to add to our team.
Duties but not limited to:
Performing general office duties including answering phones, Customer Service, Inventory, supply ordering,
data entry of orders, invoicing as well as monthly Commissions.
Bookkeeping responsibilities include monthly bank reconciliations, payroll tax reporting, W-2 and 1099
processing, Quarterly Tax reporting, payroll back up, A/R back up and cost Cost Accounting.
Maintain Website, Amazon updates as well as online order processing and shipping.
Complete special projects as needed- Reports, Sales Books etc.
Pull orders, ship orders, print shipping labels as needed.
Job Requirements-
Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, and Excel experience required
Associates Degree or 5 years of Bookkeeping experience
Able to lift up to 40lb.
